The undersigned participant hereby releases and covenants not to sue C.H.A.C. Soccer League, its employees, officers, volunteers or agents for any injury that may arise out of C.H.A.C. Soccer activities. The undersigned also agrees to abide by C.H.A.C. Soccer policy regarding fighting, abusive language, and accumulation of cards: One red card results in ejection from match and next game suspension; two red cards in one season places player out for the remainder of the season and possible expulsion; two yellow cards in one match results in ejection from match and next game suspension; five yellow cards in one season results in suspension for the season. Any violent conduct is unacceptable, and is cause for immediate ejection for the season, and may result in permanent expulsion from the league. This policy is subject to change. Other restrictions may apply.
